ARENZANO
NATURE, SPORT AND RELAX IN THE GULF OF GENOVA Arenzano is a pretty town located in the gulf of Genoa. Its origins are to be traced back to the Imperial Rome, when the first centre was still called "Arentianis". In the Middle Ages, Arenzano followed the history of Genoa: at that time the territory was divided between mountains and coastal areas, where trade boats were made. After WWI, Arenzano strengthened its tourist vocation, transforming its coast into seaside resorts and starting building the current residential areas.
